Article 42.12, Section 13(j) of the Code of Criminal Procedure mandates individuals convicted of subsequent DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) offenses to participate in a program tailored for “repeat offenders”. The 32 hour repeat offender education program is divided across 5 weeks, with 2 classes per week, each lasting 3 hours.
Family Week Requirement: Students must invite 1 participant to join class with them.
