Alamo Center Refund & Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in a course at Alamo Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

No Refunds

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once you register and pay for a class, no refunds will be issued. If you cannot attend your scheduled class, contact Alamo Center before the class begins to request a transfer or credit toward another available class.

Once the class has started, transfers or credits are at Alamo Center’s discretion.

Free Zoom Practice

All classes are conducted live by Zoom. We offer a free Zoom practice session before class upon request. Customers are responsible for making sure their internet connection, camera, microphone, and device are working before class.

Technical difficulties do not qualify for a refund.

Credits & Transfers

Any credit or transfer provided by Alamo Center is a customer-service accommodation and is not a refund and has no cash value.

Third-Party Acceptance

Alamo Center is a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) licensed Court-Ordered Education Program Provider, Provider License #742.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their court, probation department, or other requesting agency will accept the selected program. Customers should verify acceptance before registering and paying.

Alamo Center Cancellations

If Alamo Center cancels a class, the customer may transfer to another available class or receive a refund if Alamo Center cannot provide the purchased service.

Assessments & Other Services

Payments for assessments and other services are non-refundable. Customers who cannot attend a scheduled appointment should contact Alamo Center before the appointment to request rescheduling or credit.

Agreement

By registering and submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or refunds required by applicable law.
